A/C problems

We took our 3710FL out for the second time this weekend and as I have read many times in this forum, we have A/c issues. I turned on both A/c unit's to test everything and the rear unit felt like cold air but the temp in the bedroom was warm. The temp outside was only 78. The front unit seemed to be cooling real good. I checked the vents for air flow and all seemed good. I decided to try one at a time. When I run just the rear it seems to work good. Then the kicker. It was pretty chilly this AM so I decided to try out the furnace. Our thermostst is a dual control with 2 zones. Zone two has the furnace or HP selection. I selected furnace and the furnace turned on but so did the rear A/C. I'v had a number of RV's and never had this happen. Any ideas? Could things be wired wrong? Anyone else have this happen? Before I proceed to Keystone, it might be good to findout if anyone else had this happen.

Must be in some programed or auto mode. If ac is set to off in that zone, it shouldn't be able to turn on. Running furnace, you should have turned each zone to off except the zone where furnace lives. Not much help, but the docs on your thermostat should point you in right direction. John

Directions can be confusing, but must be followed in detail. Like you, we have had to go thru the learning curve. I gave up, the wife knows how.

The fan must be set to auto mode. Otherwise, the A/C fan will continue to run although heat is selected.
