Converter location 2012 3400

Hooked up to 50 amps on Thursday. Came out on Friday afternoon. Refrigerator had quit working. Lights were dim. Battery gauge was at one light (usually 4 when hooked to shore power). Microwave and AC both working. I removed battery and placed it on an a charger overnight and Saturday morning had 13.42 reading. Put it in camper and refrigerator working again.

After researching I think I have a converter problem. But I don't know where the converter is located. It is a 2012 3400. Probably not going to attempt to fix myself but some of the solutions I found were making sure it was still plugged in; checking fuses. But I need to know where to look. Dumb question I know but assistance is appreciated.

Don't know about the 2012s, but my converter is over and in back of the toilet.

Our power center, which has the 12volt and 120 volt section, along with the converter, is located on the wall behind the toilet. If you go to this link, which is the site for Progressive Dynamics, you can download the manual for their power center, and it has directions on diagnosing a suspected bad converter. http://progressivedyn.com/all_in_one_pd4500_1.html

On our 2008 3400RL it also was under the steps.
