New recliner, rocker, swivel chairs

Dear Wifey and I would like to upgrade to zero clearance recliners. We would like to have the ability to recline, fit my 6 foot frame, swivel and rock.
Does anyone have any suggestions??
We have a 3000RK

Thanks
Doug & Kathy

In our old rig we went with Lazy Boy and will probably do the same with the chairs in this one in a year or two.

Furniture

We just changed our uncomfortable furniture. We put in a Jackknife sofa that will fit by my back window and I am able to close slide with no problem of hitting the furniture. The recliners used to be against the back window and we always had to tun them sideways and strap down. We replaced the couch with leather theater seats. We went with electric. Both are extremely comfortable and very good looking. We went through a company called RecPro. Go to RecPro.com

Simply measure the space that you want the new furniture and then take your tape measure and go furniture shopping anywhere you choose making sure the new will fit your space. DOES NOT have to be "RV Furniture"!

Furniture

I know it does not have to be RV furniture but I also know you have to be careful of weight especially putting it on a slide. I also wanted it to be comfortable and I read all of the reviews. I also wanted to make sure I could get it through the door.

Over the years I have found that NORMALLY residential furniture is lighter than the RV junk.

We also have the 3000rk. I removed the dining table and put my recliner in that space, lived it much roomier. Used TV trays for meals. Now we are back to original and am thinking of replacing the recliners with those European recliners. Not sure yet.

I pulled the two cloth covered recliners out of our rig and replaced them with eurostyle recliners from the outdoor furniture store here in florida. Much better.

We have La-Z-Boy recliners in ours along with an Englander (also by La-Z-Boy) sofa bed. We cose their wall hugger though do have to pull the backs off to roll in th LR slide but that's a 30 second job. We did not go with the swivel option as they move easily,

Take your tape measure, check your available space then wander out to a La-Z-Boy dealer to see what fits. I'm 6'4" and ours are a little bit short for me though fit the DW nicely and lots more comfortable then the originals
