Flex in floor

I have some flex I notice every time i step inside my unit, right next to the door. It really has always been there. Its sealed up pretty good, so I dont think it is rotted wood. I jumped on it a few times, and Im pretty big (250 lbs) . It seems like it is air between the vinyl floor covering and the wood, like it is not tight to the wood. Sound like something that makes sense?
I dont want to start cutting the vinyl to look at the wood yet, since I really dont think its rotten wood...

I don’t think the newer units have the vinyl glued down, it’s rolled out and stapled around the edges. Then the walls are set in place. I’ve got a couple spots I was going to reglue but that’s when I found it was the floating type.

Just came from Keystone, they do not use glue, just staple,
