Ours is a front bedroom and when the rod jumped out and bent I went to the hardware store and got a wooden rod and hardware for it. Took the three metal supports off the wall, drilled a hole in the end of each and then measured and hammered them onto the rod (the wooden rods are bigger). I then drove a screw thru the hole to make sure the rod couldn't jump out again and hung the whole thing back where it belonged.
