We used our oven for the first time EVER (in any RV we ever owned) in our 3700LK. She cooked biscuits for biscuits and gravy for breakfast and didn't even know the oven was on and cooked awesome

We also have the Furion (sp?) oven, but it didn't come with any stone. I haven't used it a tremendous amount, but have cooked some frozen pizzas and cookies in it. They seemed to do fine.

Our 3731FL came with a pizza stone. I purchased an oven thermometer which helps. Preheating is essential and thermometer makes it easier to see when desired temp is reached. I actually like the convection oven better for baking.

We own a 2017 3731FL. It came with a pizza stone which i leave in bottom when using oven. I purchased an oven thermometer so i can see when the oven is properly preheated temperature. Dont depend on temperature dial. It is not accurate. I like the convection oven better for baking

The heat was much better. It didn’t jump around like before. You would think the dealer would instal it being it was already there. Or at least tell you about it. Oh well. That’s what I would expect from the factory and the dealer.
So far it hasn’t cracked due to the rough roads.

Best of luck to you.

We put our pizza stone back in the box when we are traveling.
