*Gone Camping!*
Enjoying the wifi connection at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park. Will be spending the weekend here and hopefully enjoying a nice campfire later on this evening. (If it’s not too hot) Met another Montana owner not long ago when here on a previous visit and they are parked across from us for the weekend as well. Hope he joins the forum; talked like he would.

Is this like the same Greenbo of Forest Gump fame? He talked about living in Greenbo (sp?) and I think this was in Alabama. You don't say where this Greenbo Lake State Resort Park is located, but is Alabama a good guess?
I can hear the crickets cricking and the other critters hissing to remind you, you are not sitting in a boring stickhouse, but enjoying the "white noise" of Mother Nature's creations. Makes me want to lie back on the grass, with my arms stretched back, hands under my head, with my eyes closed and listen to the "silence"..... mmmmmmmmm
...Only to be awakened by the large, loud, stinky Class A motor home that almost ran me over as it manuevers to cover my view.

Close, but no cigar Art, well actually not that close, it is in Kentucky. Bill, does this mean that the park has it's own wifi or are you hooked onto someones public account??

Art, that certainly sounds like the place I’m at but I’m actually only about 25 miles from the stick house. This Greenbo is located in KY.

Bingo, I believe it is a private company but the park controls it. It does come with a fee. It has a great signal and the antenna is located on site 36. It’s in part of the big yard near the sites we like. Hey if you ‘re down this way stop by!
