Site Escorts

We'll need several people with bikes who will be arriving a couple of days early to be site escorts. When people register with the campground, we will escort them to their sites. It's a big place and can get quite confusing when you're trying to find your site so we try to make it as easy as possible for folks. The two busiest days are the day before and the first day of the rally. With this many rigs this year, we'll need all the help we can get.

8/10 Update

All those who signed up for escort duty, please let me know when you will be arriving so I can start putting together a schedule.

UPDATE

Those who arrive really early most likely will not have a site escort. You might not even be able to get into your assigned spot until Tuesday. There is a rally that ends the Saturday before us and they don't have to leave until that Monday and some do hang around. Tuesday and Wednesday will be the busiest days for arrivals and escorts will be there to help.

9/18 Update

We'll be pretty busy on Tuesday and Wednesday so I hope all those who volunteered for site escort duty are ready to get some exercise. Thanks for signing up and see you all there. Just look for the guy in the cowboy hat.
