Kudos for Lazydays in Florida

We stopped at Lazydays in Florida to have our IR thermastat looked at for a lot of problems we were having. This has been an ongoing problem for us and now it is fixed!! We talked to the Dometic folks at "The Rally" and they made some suggestions. They did not work to our expectations, so we went to lazydays for warranty work. They replaced the themastat with a Comfort Control Center and now everything works fantastic!!! Hats off to them!!

Just curious, did Lazydays seem like they knew about the on-going problems that people are having with the remotes, and just replace it as a matter of routine?

Lazydays was aware of the problem, but they were working with a rep from Dometic who gave the OK to switch.
