Keystone renigs, kitchen slide tore floor

while still under warrenty last year, a bolt worked loose and tore up kitchen floor. Dealer fixed under warrenty. 3 mo after warrenty expired, same thing happened in same place. At first dealer said Keystone agreed to cover. Now they came and said they'll supply the linoleum but I have to pay $300.00 for labor. I complained to Tony in customer service but got nowhere. My black tank has a crack in top, they want $500.00 to replace. I've made several other repairs myself. What recourse do I Have. Thanks, Ray

Try going farther up the chain of command at Keystone. Remember, kindness goes a long way when dealing with the folks at Keystone. They did outstanding work on my coach back in September, I would try again.

Also, does your dealership not have a "warranty" on the work/service they perform?? On my truck, my dealership warranties all parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Have you tried getting your dealership to step up to the plate??
