Since it's when hooking up I'm thinking not rain water from road or you would have seen it when raising trailer to unhook. I guess it could be rain getting in while parked and that would worry me more. If you shut off city water and turn on the water pump and just listen, if the pump does not occationally run that should remove the likelihood of fresh water plumbing leak. Could be grey water pipe leak and appear to be clean water. I would definetly want to know where it is coming from and would probably not return to the dealer that says just drill a hole to drain it and forget about it.
