Tpms & posting

First off, it would be great to have a tab for posting “new threads” up by the line with new posts in it. You know, for old, short memoried, computer illiterate folks like me. I hate having to search for an hour each time to figure it out again. Next, I am interested in a tpms for my 5er. Looking at the TireMinder TM77 at camping world but have heard of others mentioned. Was also looking at one on etrailer but I can’t remember the model. I would like to be able to monitor 10 tires as I also have a couple of other trailers I tow. Any advice/recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Roy,

The search function is your friend.

Here is one of many TPMS threads on the site.

I mostly just use "Today's Posts". Each time you click on it it refreshes and shows that latest posts.

I have the TST 507 system with the color monitor. Works excellent and has great reviews. Very simple to install. It checks for tire pressure and temperature and does so every few seconds from each tire. I went with the non-flow through type sensors. After having a catastrophic tire failure on a previous trailer, which caused $3,500.00 in damage, I swore I'd never want to have that happen again, or at least have a warning that something is going wrong. I use the TST 507 w/color monitor as well and have for years. It is accurate, easy to install and reliable. It hasn't given me one problem since I installed it. Great customer support - highly recommend.

The TST 507 allows for several different trailers with different pressure and temp profiles.

I have the TST 507 with color monitor. I am happy with it. It provides constantly updating pressure and temperature readouts with alarming functions.

Having a TPMS while towing a large rig is essential. Last year I picked up a screw at the start of a long trip home. I saw the pressure dropping on the display and was able to exit the freeway and find a safe spot to deal with it before the alarm started beeping.

Won't leave home without one!

We also have the TST 507. Worked flawlessly and we haven't had to use the repeater. Wouldn't travel without it.
