When you dump your black tank, raise the front of your rig. It will help empty it.
Also, buy a valterra twist on valve to go on the end of your pipe.

This is more about your warranty than the valve. We have the GS esp bought with the RV from CW. In May we were at the dealer’s campground when our toilet started to leak. We replaced it with a Domitec 320 & the warranty covered the entire cost.

As Jerry Clower used to say “If I’m lyin’ I’m dyin’ “
I had to show my DW the credit when I came back to convince her.

How did you get them to pay for it? Did you do the work yourself? Ill try and reach out to the good SAM people and see if they will reimburse me.

I’d like to say it was my great negotiating skill but it was all done by the service advisor. He had previously said the warranty would cover the labor so I’d bought the toilet in their parts store & left it & the trailer with them. When I got back he said go get the refund.
At the start he had asked about winterizing & I told him it’s never been outside in freezing weather. And I have the storage receipts to prove it. Next I know I am getting a refund.

Its only the black tank valve and cable, the other 2 gray cables/valves work fine.

I have the good sam ESP . Part of me just wants to take it to CW and pay the 50 bucks.
I had the exact same problem. It was the SS rod attached to the handle. It was as if it rusted and wouldn't move no matter how hard I pulled. Well I finally got it free and lubricate it with lithium grease and now it works fine. The problem was not the valve.I
