Keystone contact ?
Hi All, Can anyone recommend someone to contact at Keystone? I have had a couple posts on here about getting wiring fault and trailer disconnects on the dash when towing. I have taken the 5ver to two different RV shops , One said they couldn't find anything wrong, The second told me the wiring plug was moving in the TV socket. They tapped the plug into the socket to prevent any movement and sent me on the way. Needles to say the code goes off again 8 miles down the road. I don't think either dealer removed the wheels/drums to inspect for stripped wires. The truck has been taken to the dealer that specializes in diesels to get checked out and do problems found. So I am at the point to contacting Keystone again and hoping to speak to someone other than the customer service rep.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
