Steady drip from low point lines

2012 3400. Just started to get a steady drip out of both low point drains. Valves closed but still leaking. Any ideas?

First I'd open them full letting a good flow of water out then close them and see if some grit got in the lines. If that didn't do it, I'd replace them. Many campgrounds use wells and because of that can have small pieces of sand in their water lines which can cause a variety of problems.

Both my 2012 and my 2015 do that ONLY when I am doing the black water flush and they stop dripping when I am finished so I do not worry about it,one of these days I will put new valves in.......Or Not

That concerns me a little. Wouldn't you think the two systems should be completely isolated from each other? The flush system affecting the fresh water system seems odd?

I have to agree. The systems are separate. I would suspect a leak in the flusher line/system in the convenience center area. The water is reaching the drain lines and flowing down the outside of the line until it drips on the ground. If one put a cork or rubber plug in the end of the low point drain lines, ran the flusher, and still had dripping, it has to be external to the low point drain system. And when you remove the cork/plug there will not be liquid emerging proving the valve(s) are not leaking either.

I had the same thing . Come to fined out it was the rubber washer on the city or black tank hose was leaking. The water would run down and over to the low point hoses and down back side. It looked like the valves were leaking. Easy fix replace washer or tighten connection . Tom Happy Camping

Similar problem, valves were not closing completely. Sprayed some silicon, and problem fixed.
