Raising Montana Tires

I used to just park my rig on my concrete driveway all year round but with each tire with covers to protect from the elements. Now we full time and when parked for 1 to 3 weeks at a time I still only use covers.

Next time I'm parked long time (weeks/months) I might consider jacking at the frame to put a rated jack stand at each tire to prevent flatspotting.

Note we live in a warmer Southern California climate, which might make a difference.

never did anything to the tires but i put the 6 arms down.

Forgot to mention, I use adjustable jackstands that exceed 3000 lbs at each wheel (your trailer axle weight may differ. I have read a few places or articles that hydraulic bottle or scissor type jacks(stands) are not recommended since they can seep and lower over time and aren't you trying to keep the rubber in the air to not carry the trailer weight?

Then an extra safeguard like plastic placemats under the tires eliminates whether or not cement leeches rubber. Just make sure there's some amount of tire rubber contact to keep the placemat in place.
