MISSION CALL
Many wonderful things are going on in our lives these days. Our church extended a call for us to serve a mission for a season. We are very excited to accept this calling. We are very pleased to perform this service for our Lord. However, our plans to go full time will have to be put on the back burner. And for a while we will only be a passive member of this forum. I have learned enought this four months to chart a course for our future. So God be with all of you until we meet around the campfire in the not too distant future.

Congratulations, Northstar, you gotta be very excited. So you have to wait another year. What's a year when you are serving our Lord? Sounds to me as though this next year could go by very fast for the both of you. Be sure to drop in and let us know how things are going.

God bless you as you serve our Lord. We are looking into finding some small ministry to donate time to while we're traveling in our Monty. Need to show the Lord how much we appreciate all His beautiful creations and His blessings in our lives. Will your ministry be in Alaska? We're heading toward Palmer next summer and will probably be looking for a church in your area. PM us with the name of your church if you can. Maybe we can attend while we in Alaska.

Learning to follow His leadership is one of a believer's greatest challenges. I am glad to hear that you have an attentive ear. He still speaks in that "still small voice." It sounds as if you are unincumbered enough to be a leaf in the wind of the Spirit, sensing the invisible breath of purpose. How wise and appropriate that a Northstar should follow the Star of Bethlehem.
