New Recliners

Just got back from Elkhart and ordered new recliners for the 5th wheel from Lambright Comfort Chairs.

They are an Amish family that manufacture furniture in a workshop/showroom next to their farm house near Topeka Indiana. Here is a link to their catalog of anyone is interested.

http://www.amishcountry.org/images/f...A%20Glance.pdf

We ordered the wall hugger models in a blue material to match the Saphire interior of our 5er.

(note: if you call them leave a message and they will call you back because they do not have a phone in the house or shop, it's outside in a building beside the road)

We found out about these 2 years ago when a friend bought a set for his 5er. We decided a month ago that we had put up with the Flair "junk" that came with our 3400 and get some better quality chairs.
They are building them now and should be ready for us to pick up in 2 weeks. Can't wait to get them inside the Montana.

The recliners look very comfortable. We would like to replace ours, but want something much lighter than what we have now. Do you know the weight of the recliners you ordered?

We just replaced ours with a couple of "Euro" chairs from "Chairlandfurniture.com" in Tampa...at this writing they were offering free shipping. The chairs we got weight about 60lbs each...much easier to handle than the OEM chairs, and look a lot nicer (we think).

I'm not sure what the weight of our new ones are but they are comparable to the ones we have so no big improvement there. I would go with the Euro style (discribed in their catalog as "Gliders") because they are a lot lighter than the recliners.
