Sulphur odor in water line

We have a problem we hope someone can help us with. We are in a permanent site in an RV park and the trailer next to us is also a Montana. Both of us are experiencing a strong sulphur odor when we turn on the hot water in the sink or shower. We have just begun smelling it when we turn on the cold tap also. Is this a problem unique to the Montana or do we have a problem with the park water system? Only one other person we know is having the same problem. What have you done about it and what is causing it?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give us. This is city water by the way.
