Stain on Gelcoat

Picked up our new 2880 last week and camped the weekend in our favorite state park. It rained all weekend but we really didn't mind because we loved being inside of our new condo on wheels. After getting it home I noticed a brown stain from the drip rail running down the right, front side of the camper. I tried to get it off with car wax as stated in the owners manual. It lightened but I can still see it. Called the dealer and he said that it could be glue from the roof. Taking it in to him next week to get the stain removed. Has anyone had problem with this type of stain on the gelcoat?

Thanks
