Seelevel tank guages
Anyone using these? They look like a viable option to replace the sorry crap units they install on out rigs. The install looks pretty straight forward. The only hard part seems to be dropping the rig bottom to access the tanks and running the wires although you may be able to use the existing wires. The sensors just 3M to the side of the tanks and it doesn't have a problem with crud build up.. Any comments from users? Dave and Betsy

Dave - for the price, you might look at what Ozz put in. I think I like his display a little better, and it can be surface mounted.
No matter what, you'll be down in the poop deck running the wires to the new sensors (I think his go on the outside of the tanks as well)

Brad, I would love to but I can't find anything about them online, and I think they may not be made anymore.

Vena seems to be out of the tank sensor biz. I had a Little trouble calibrating mine, but they are super now and accurate. I love them.
Dave, I would look hard at them, the ones you posted, it is so nice to know where the levels are. But I am wired that way.
Most folks live nicely without the accurate gages.

I have looked at those gauges a few times, but never took it any further. They sound good, documentation looks good. The thing is that after a while, you get used to the signs of tanks nearing fullness, and act accordingly without reference to the gauge. We now seem to have a small leak in our galley tank when it is full, so that has revived my interest in these gauges.
I did contact Vena, (becuse I already have their power gauges), but they told me that they no longer made the level gauges like Ozz has. Too bad, because the two panels would have matched.
