Toilet Leak
I noticed water on the floor in the bathroom and it seems it’s coming from the toilet. Approximately ten inches above the floor on the front/outside is a seam and the water is coming from there when it’s flushed. I’m not sure of the manufacturer of the toilet but it is a porcelain model and it has a spray fixture at the back of the bowl. Tomorrow morning I may try to caulk the seam on the outside. I don’t see the seam on the inside so I’m worried if I caulk it it may leak elsewhere. Has anyone had any similar experiences?
Thanks.

Do not caulk it! Get a Dometic 320 with sprayer.

Toilet leak
I ordered a new Dometic 320 with a hand spray yesterday from Amazon: $209 with free shipping and it’ll arrive in five days (toilets require ground shipping). You have to love Amazon. As soon as we return from this trip, I’ll install it. I shouldn’t have any trouble with it since I was a plumber before I was a pilot but are there any tricks to the install? How does the toilet seal? I’m assuming there are adequate instructions included.
Funny thing but I put on my pressure regulator at this campground in Cottonwood, AZ and the leak stopped. I don’t always use the regulator unless the pressure is really high as sometimes it reduces the pressure too much to take a good shower. Does Keystone usually install a built in pressure regulator? My last coach did (Beaver).
Thanks for any advice on the install.

Keystone does not provide a water pressure regulator. You really should use one to prevent the type of problem you had with high water pressure. Actually you are lucky as high water pressure will break fittings and connections where you won't notice until too late.
Get an adjustable Watts regulator not one of those CW round barrel type specials. Set the pressure limit to 60-65 PSI. Allegedly the water system is rated for 80 PSI so you have a safe margin. The CW special only passes 40-45 PSI with a restricted flow.
P.S. I bet you are at Dead Horse State Park. The AZ parks tend to have really good (aka high) water pressure.
