Hot Water Heater
We are on our maiden trip in our 2016 Montana. We have run all the antifreeze from the faucets and turn the by pass to the hot water heater to the off position and filled the tank, let it sit to make sure it was full. But no hot water. Looking through the manual, we found nothing to help. Any suggestions.
Thanks Rick

Are you getting no hot water flow, or just cold water from it?

Check to see if your model hot water heater has an external switch also. Many do on Keystone products. Pop the cover open on the side of the camper and look for a switch. I believe usually on the lower left side of the hot water unit.

Our 2016 has a switch on the outside it is in the lower left corner of water heater. That switch has to be on, then you can control from the inside.

Did you try it on both electric and propane? Or just electric?

Water heater by-pass valve may not be turned in the proper direction. Valve should be located in the convenience center with the other valves. If the heater did not fill with water and you turned on the electric element, the element my have burned out.
