Can you tell us what broke on the shade? We have had our end cap come off. This caused our shade to jam and wouldn't go up or down. We had to work the shade back in line and put the end cap back on. If something different has happened post and I am sure someone can help you out.

We ordered new ones from our dealer. The valance does come off. If I remember, there are three screws on each side that need to come off; then the shade unscrews. Biggest problem we have seen is that the shades are strung too tight. When you string the new shade, test it first before you tighten the draw string so it isn't too tight.
