50 Amp Power Adapter

I recently purchased a power adapter (extension?) with the intent of taking the stress off of the trailer connection by having the adapter make a 90 turn out of the trailer connection and turning straight down before attaching the power cable to this extension. Pictured below is what I got and I'm told they couldn't find one that points down. I've seen extensions like this that point straight down on Montana 5th Wheels (recently), but perhaps they were 30 Amp?

Anybody know if one exists that points straight down and where I can get it?
