Tom,

Thanks for the pics. Glad you are back in service, but I'm sorry about the pains it took to get there, especially to overcome poor work by others. At least now you understand the system intimately and are confident that it won't happen again.

Nice job!

Thanks Brad,

oh I put water seal on everything and silicon seal in the holes left by the old wood rot.

What is amazing to me is I had no signs of leakage.

I guess water finds a way.

I may have to make an emergency trip to Gulfport, Ms so I will wait until I find out before going in and making the final adjustment.

lightningjack11,

Great pictures! Thank you for taking the time to keep us informed about this issue. And it appears that you did a great job fixing the problem.

Hope it fixes the leaks for you.

Thanks Hamrad,

I am presently going over every square inch of the trailer to check for any sign of leakage.

I found that the underneath corners of the main slide may have some minor damage. You can check by feeling for softness. Water seems to go down ok and when it gets to the bottom of somthing it goes sideways. So I will be using Entrabond on that area. I have already sealed my bedroom slide. Wish I had done the years ago. Cannot believe it was never sealed by the factory. Dumb and I am dumber for not checking it.

I have zero "visible" damage inside. My seals have always been good.

I am also using a lot of dicor sealant.

When I dropped the cover to check for frame flex the drivers side frame was rusted a little. I have a strange feeling that the water got in through the outside light. So all lights will be resealed.

Monty's looking good and it is almost ready for another 50k.
