North American Fall Rally - Wash & Wax

Please read the following carefully.

We are happy to announce Jose’s 5 Star RV Detailing and Lyndon Yoder’s Precision Auto Detailing will be returning to our Rally again this year. Please note the following information before signing up for a Wash and Wax of your fifth wheel.

Jose’s 5 Star RV Detailing has the option of a traditional wax or a ceramic coating. Precision Auto Detailing is a ceramic coating.

This year Jose has set a limit of 30 units to be completed. Lyndon has set a limit of 15 units to be completed. We are only offering Wash and Wax services, no compounding or extra work will be offered. You will be contacted individually to review your requested services as well as your scheduling. Once we have reached the limits for either supplier, please continue to sign-up, as quite often there are cancellations, and we will have a waiting list.

Everyone will be scheduled based on their arrival time and departure plans, but not necessarily in the order that you have signed up. Please note that all scheduling and services are subject to weather.

This year’s services are for wash and wax only of 5th wheels. NO TRUCKS!!!

When you are contacted on your scheduled day of services, please ensure that the following items are in order:

A. Close all windows and vents.
B. Move all outdoor furniture and anything that you don’t want to get wet, away from your unit.
C. Be sure your awnings are properly prepared.


It is important that everyone understands these instructions and abides by the schedule to help reduce the risk of delays.

5 Star Detailing (Jose Ferrer):

Full Detailing with Traditional Wax (Wash, Wax, Roof & Wheels) $12 per foot
Full Detailing with Ceramic Coating (Wash, Wax, Roof & Wheels) $13 per foot
Full Wash (Wheels, Windows, & Roof) $6 per foot
Awning Wash additional $30.00
Wheel Polishing additional $25 each
Roof Treatment additional $5 per foot
Cash preferred, 5% charge for using credit cards, no checks

Precision Auto Detailing (Lyndon Yoder)

Hand applied ceramic coating, includes cleaning windows, wheels, tires $14 per foot
Wash only $7 per foot
Roof cleaning starts at $50 based on condition
Awning cleaning starts at $40 based on condition
Accepted payment is cash or personal check

I am sure Ron will be posting a list at some point, but I just checked and so far we have 9 bookings for Lyndon and 21 for Jose so if you signed up already you will get your selected service.

Quote states per foot. Is this the length or each side. 35’ RV x $=. Sorry for the questioned just don’t want to be surprised

It is based off the length of the rig. So a 35' rig would be 35 x the per foot rate.

I just signed up for wash and wax and it did not show me if I made the list or not. However it said that Jose was a max of 15 and you showed 21. Yoder showed a limit of 30. I am confused. One listing shows those limits being opposite. Where did it show you how many have already signed up?

OK, latest on the Wash and Wax program and sign ups.
As stated in post #1, Jose has set 30 as his limit and Lyndon 15, not sure where the confusion came from. As of this posting there are 20 names on Jose's list and 10 on Lyndon's. Previously posted numbers did not include some changing of preferred providers. I will be posting a list of the sign ups shortly. The list provided may not include most recent sign ups. Once posted I will keep updating as changes occur and time allows.

Good catch @LadyBeeRanch. Sorry that was my mistake. I have updated the limits on the Google Form. The Forum Post quantities were correct. 30 rigs for Jose and 15 for Lyndon. (Just like Ron said just now )

With the addition of Sheri Kroske, Lyndon has 13 on his list.

Lyndon Yoder has made adjustments to his time and staffing schedule to allow for a total of 25 rigs to be serviced. Accordingly he now has as many as 10 or 12 openings and Jose still has a couple too. It's not too late to schedule your rig with either provider. Refer to post #1 for info on available services.

Here's the latest on signups:

With the addition of Rick Morris, Tim Rowe, Clifford Andrews, and Kevin Finnerty Jose now has 27 rigs scheduled with 3 openings.

After adding Donald Ruhle, Chris Pavka, and Diane Arbutis
Lyndon is sitting at 15 rigs on his schedule with 10 openings. This does include one cancellation.

Once the crews have their schedule worked out you will be contacted by them prior to your service. Refer to post #1 for further info.

Glen Hoover has been added to Jose's list bringing his total to 28 rigs with 2 openings.

Ron Hortie joins Lyndon's list and 2 have cancelled leaving his total to 14 with 11 openings.
