The only way I've found is to leave the TV in the down position and take off the board that sits on top of the TV. Gorilla arms and a flashlight help also.

I have a 375FL (High Country) that also has the front living room with the television across the front. It also does not raise high enough. I complained to my dealership when I had it back for some original warranty work and they said it was as high as it could go. It's now been 4 years and I'm still living with it.

About the only way to fix it, is to remove the original television and replace it with a size smaller television. I do wish these televisions had the sensors at the top of them instead at the bottom.

As stated above, that flat board on the top of the television lifts straight up. Remove it and then, if you arms are not too fat, you (might) have long enough arms to reach behind the television and plug, unplug it. Or ... simply unplug the entire trailer from shore power and plug it back in.

Welcome to the forums and congrats on your new Montana. Eventually, you WILL get everything figured out and simply accept those you cannot.

Welcome to the forums. If you're still in your 90 day PDI period add it to the list and demand a fix. IF you had a decent dealership they'll figure something out.

For those with this issue, might I suggest something like this? Haven't needed one ourselves, but could see the benefit..... Seems would be a very inexpensive work around

There are several posts from people who report that aiming the remote at the ceiling works as well. We have the same situation with our 2022 rear den and that works for us. But I also like Lee's idea of the repeater offered above.
