Financing
We are planning on selling home and full timing. We have been told we can’t get a loan for RV without a physical address. Is there a “get around”?

Yes use one of your kids house or another relative.
Or buy the RV before you sell the house. If you were going to use the proceeds from the house for the RV just pay it off when the house sells.

After 9/11 all financial institutions need a 'real' address....many wont accept a mail service
Everyone now needs an address....what is drivers license?
And if selling house just pay cash for the trailer

Don't know how you all are getting those great rates on an RV loan. I have Steller credit (825+) and I was at 6.99% for 15 yrs with 0 down. Maybe because I had to roll the 20k of negative equity into the loan. At any rate this will be our last RV loan for sure.

Just be careful, you take a long term loan out and your rig is worth ZERO when you pay it off.
