Charge Wizzard Not Charging

I have a 2014 3735MK with a Progressive Dynamics PD 4590K18L converter.

In the last week my charge wizzard is not charging the batteries.i have a voltmeter built into my battery box that gives me a constant voltage condition of the batteries. Normal reading on shore power is 13.2 or 13.6; however, my reading finally dropped to 12.0 volts (just above 50%). I verified accuracy with a voltmeter. I placed an external charger on the batteries and voltage went back toward a full charge after about 12 hours.
Charge wizzard is flashing once/second and sometimes constant (I think that is the normal and boost modes).

Only thing I can figure is fuses or defective converter.

Anything special I must do to check the fuses (unplug shore power and battery switch off?).

Would that be the four 25 Amp fuses above the charge wizzard indicator light?

Any other ideas?

Battery cables have not been recently disconnected (so no accidental reversal).

Thanks for any response!

Are you sure the Battery Disconnect switch in the convenience center is in the correct position????

Yes, Battery disconnect is on.

Every thing works great when Disconnected from power. Battery runs down but doesn't charge when reconnected to power.

It may be possible that you have a failed battery. You might disconnect the batteries and check their voltages. With a bad battery, your converter will still function, but the battery will not charge.

I'm not familiar with the Charge Wizard. Some so called trickle chargers will maintain a full battery at full charge, but if it drops down below that, the charger will not bring it back to a full charge. One at Harbor Freight is like that...I discovered that just before buying it.

The Charge Wizard is a smart charger that not only charges the battery but also maintains the battery. It regularly goes into a mode to prevent sulfation in the battery and also has a couple of different charge rates, all to extend the life of the battery. You can have a rig plugged in long term, and the battery will not deteriorate from the extended connection.

Maybe double-check the 120V breaker for your converter? If the breaker is tripped, the converter will not charge your battery.
