blinking green light

Hi gang, doing some deep cleaning today . I pulled the front off the convertor so i could get to the screws and slide the unit out. when I remover the front i still had the power on and the green light was blinking real fast. so I just watched for awhile and i swear it started blinking slower. first of all why a green blinking light, and does it blink fast and then slower?

It shows charge rate of your converter. Different rate of blinks for different charge rates. Rapid blinking ... bulk charge. Slow blinks ... absorption charge. Solid green ... float charge.

Yup, owners manual for the converter explains the green lighr functions as well as additional useful info. The lippert. manuals are also very helpful.

figured it was in manual, but i don't know what i did with the manual. I have every manual for every system but not the converter. thanks for the info, it's greatly appreciated.
