Has anyone ever used Good Sam Travel Assist

Since we usually travel with the car as well as the trailer, I'm concerned with who would take the camper to a park near a hospital should something happen to me. I got an email with an introductory price on Good Sam Travel Assist and just wondered if it was worth doing.

My inlaws had it and had some trouble with it. Make sure you read all the Fine print and be sure what it covers and doesnt.

As with anything read it and understand it. We had Skymed and fortunately never used it. We went to GS travel assist because it was less expensive and covered what we felt was needed. Sky Med is great but it had many features that the probability of us using them was slim.

Dick, 2 years ago at the Fall Rally the man next to us went to the hospital with problems and his wife had drove their car to the Rally also. Good Sam travel came and drove their truck with the unit back to there home. I also have it and hope I continue to pay premiums and never use it. I have paid for the road side service for over 10 years and have never used that either.
