check valve on black tank

I have a 2005 montana big sky 3670 rl . Have anybody replaced the check valve on the black tank. I can not find where it goes after it enters the fill tube. I do not to start cutting holes looking for it. I have used the flush system but now it will not take water. Any help? Thanks

Mine is under the sink in the bathroom others in several other places. I believe under the pantry and behind the shower, but owners of the other kind of rigs should be along soon with instructions for those areas. Mine is right under the bathroom sink. Some have clear valves and others, like mine, were black. I took mine out all together and use a backflow preventer on the outside instead. Anyway you go, buy a good one at the hardware store and then no more problems.

Jim, Perhaps this thread will give you some idea's. http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=39697 I've only heard of them being under the lavratory sink or in the wall behind the shower. The plastic cover in the back of my closet that backs up to the shower got me in the right location. Jim

We used to have a 2005 3670RL and I believe it was under the bathroom sink.
