Exit Door


Can the interior fiberglass panel on exit door be replaced? It has developed horiznal cracks? Has anyone ever done it?

Haven't seen a door with a fiberglass interior panel. Normal is a layer of 1/8" luan ply covered with the same film per all the inside surfaces. This ply is bonded to foam as the inside structure. There was a post in the past about cracks in the door. Check archives. John

Okay, my bad for not looking at my door. Lippert didn't use the same product for the interior of the door. Also used on bottom panel of screen door...very hard plastic material of some kind. But back to your question...can it be replaced. My input would be to source a new door. john
