2020 Montana HC Jack Issues

I have a 2020 Montana High Country 331RL with electric 3.0 ground control auto level system (4 point level) and 3.0 control panel. The issue I'm having is rear jacks will not extend in manual mode. I can retract them is manual mode and they extend in auto level mode just fine. The problem I had a year ago was the auto level got messed up and it kept twisting and lifting way out of shape. I learned at that time to recalibrate to zero which I've done a few time with success. Last weekend I did the retract all hoping to reset home position to clear this issue with no success.

Please help as I can't find any information for this problem or fix.

I don’t have the electric jacks, but I would start by downloading the Lippert app. If that didn’t give the answer, I would contact Lippert directly. They are on EDT, so they are probably closed for today. I have seen lots of comments on how to reset the system, but yours issue sounds different. Best of luck and keep us posted on the solution.
