LED Lights Dim - some not all

I have a 2018 3731FL Montana. The light above the stove suddenly went dim. Purchased and installed replacement light...same issue DIM light. Took the same replacement light and installed it in the living room and it is as bright as it can be. Now a month later, both of the reading lights above the bed are now dim. All of the other ceiling lights in the camper work fine. Just these 3 light have the issue. I hope someone has already figured out the solution for this.

I would be looking for a loose or corroded ground / loose crimp connection on that circuit. Hopefully others will chime in as well

As Lee said. The 12 volt lights run directly off the batteries. I would start by checking the state of charge of the batteries with a load tester. Check to see if they are getting a charge from the converter, if plugged in. Check all visible connections for tightness and corrosion.

Wouldn't that affect all my 12v lights? Not just the three that are DIM.

I would use a voltmeter and check the voltage to the light socket. First with meter ground lead touched to the light socket ground pin. Then again using a length of wire to your ground lead and touch that to the ground buss bar or a good frame connection.

If the voltage using the socket ground is less than the voltage using the buss bar connection then you likely have a ground problem. If the voltage both ways is less than 12 volts then you likely have a wire or connection issue on the 12 volt wire.

While you are troubleshooting, kill all power, open your power distribution panel, and check the tightness of all hot, neutral, 12 volt, and ground connections. When still relatively new I found a lot of wire connection screws barely tight. Your problem could be there.

Yes it would. I didn't catch that. It have to be an isolated connection for that circuit.
