For anyone coming in on Sunday, 9/8 or earlier, when you check in at the fairground’s office upon arrival, please, also grab an early arrival information sheet. If the office is closed when you arrive, this information will be posted on the office door to read.

Wait we enter through gate 3 as per previous instructions for parking. The office is at gate 2.We do not go to gate 1 upon arrival.

When we enter at gate 3 and the parking lot between gates 2 & 3 will be where we line-up to wait for an escort.

So we get into the arrivals lane? But we're departing the road network. Arrivals or departures, that's always a tough one. Can't we just valet park? And how much does one tip an escort? So many questions.

valet parking that would be nice but who who would be the valet that jumps into your rig and park it. Escorts are not tipped they are volunteer MOC members who are doing the job of helping us park in a orderly fashion .My valet is Helen my wife who does the parking of our rig.
