Shower head bar removal

I have a 2010 3455SA and would like to know how to remove the bar that the shower head is attached to. There is a rusty water stain coming down the shower panel from the bottom bar connection. I am concerned that water may be entering behind the bar attachment into the wall framing and even if it is sealed good I would like to re-attach the bracket with stainless so that I don't have the staining. I have looked for a removeable panel in the cupboard on the back side of the wall to no avail. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

You may have to get ahold of the "Keystone Wizard" to find that one out! I don't have that new of a unit so can't help you but I'm sure someone will be along that has the answer!

I finally got my shower head holder bar removed. Matt Gaines from Keystone emailed me a picture of the parts and from that was able to figure out how to remove the bracket. Pull out towards you on the bottom half. Since it had rust and soap build up I had to pull farely hard and then it came loose. The screw holding the bracket was rusty steel and had no visible sealer of any kind. Reinstalled with stainless screw and sealer and everything is fine now. I also drilled a 1/8" hole at the bottom to allow any water to drain out of the bracket.

Craig, did you happen to take pictures so others will be able to follow your footsteps if needed?
