Last summer we stayed at Bouctouche Bay Chalets and Camping. It is not a fancy park, just a field with serviced lots, but it has a pool and is fine as a base for driving around. It is just north of Bouctouche on the coastal highway (don't remember the number). It is across the road from the water. There is another campground near there that is right on the beach, but it looked a bit windswept. A little farther north is Kobouchiouac (Spelling ???) National Park. It is a beautiful spot to be, but I am not sure about what services they have. There are other smaller campgrounds along the highway.
Further to the south, Fundy National Park has some full service sites.
If you go early August, you should be there for the opening of the Lobster season.
