We have arrived!
We arrived in Del Rio Friday, picked up the monty and was in campsite and set up by 2 pm. Trip was uneventful. We averaged about 18 mpg on way down (of course without trailer). Diesel here is 2.95 gal. Weather has been great,in 80's w/low 60's at nite. After 6 mo of storage trailer was plenty dusty, so we are busy cleaning and today Monty gets a bath. We found bees had taken up hiving in hitch and getting access into trailer through closet. We sealed all cracks in closet and stuffed insulation in crevises in hitch. No more bees. Everything in trailer is working fine w/no problems.
