Exclamation Sulfur odor coming from front Cap?

We have a 2017 340BH Montana High Country. This evening we noticed a sulfur odor coming from the master bedroom closet. We narrowed it down to the right side where the hookups are for the washer and dryer. We do not have a washer and dryer so the pipes have never been used. We've taken out the board to look below, all we found was the pipes and a small access to the frame. We've snapped a few pictures of the frame area to see it better but there isn't anything down there that we can see that can cause the smell.

The smell is coming from the Cap front end of 5th Wheel. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing the sulfur smell?

We checked the battery/generator compartment, everything looks fine and there is NO odor there.

We checked both propane tanks and area, same, no odor.

We checked the Water Heater area and the storage compartment, same.

All these are located near it but not where the small is coming from. We can't make any heads or tails of it.

Many on this forum have reported similar experiences. Even though the pipes have never been used they hold some water in them. Take a short piece of hose and from both the hot and cold spigot run some water dumping it down the washer drain. Running it down the washer drain will fill the drain trap which could also be a source of the smell even if the drain is capped. On a side note when draining the unit for winter storage don't forget to drain these supply lines.

My money is one or more cells in your batteries are dry and gassing off. If you're plugged in all the time you should be adding water once a month or so.

I'm with mark, Its more than likely a battery that's very low on water/acid and gassing off. The battery is probably toast by now and will have to be replaced. Great time to upgrade to at least 2- 6 volt golf cart batteries (4 would be better) You MUST check the fluid level in your batteries on a regular basis, say once a month or so.
