Ignore this topic. Dates not correct,

The dates will be August 1 -8 2010 that is a Sunday through Sunday. Helen and I will go up there next week and try to get more spaces we can fit into. There are 25 already signed up. Those signed up will be posted in a separate topic. We will post the details here when they are firmed up.

This is my personal input only, but in our situation, I am planning on scheduling a weeks vacation for both the GL and Mid-Atl rallies. My preference (and as such is provided for discussion from others) is that both rallies combined stretch from Thursday or Friday through the following Sunday (10 or 11 days total with travel days in between). For instance if we had a Thur through Mon or Tue rally in Ohio, then a couple of free days for travel and a Wed or Thur through Sunday rally in Va., that would allow us to attend both. As I stated, I don't want to influence the decision making process for Rich, and we will plan accordingly. Obviously since we are wagonmasters for the Mid-Atl, it is our priority. I will not schedule and finalize the Mid-Atl. until the GL rally is firmed up.

I work double shifts on Fridays and Saturdays so would need to use 2 weeks vacation to cover that time frame. Wed.-Wed or such would be better for some. Or fewer days. We will go with the majority.

We won't know until maybe March if I can get the time off for the GL 2010 rally. Is it full now with the 25 already signed up and closed?

IMHO, A week is a bit long for a regional.

I will make every attempt to attend both rallies and so I will now sit back and wait for the Wagon Masters to finalize the dates.

Hey Rich, just wondering if you received my email to you regarding our reservation for the GL rally. I remember now that there may have been a problem with your email address for someone that was trying to reach you awhile back. Just checking.
