Smile A place with moderate temps and high humidity

My DH has an eye condition that requires us to be in a place with higher humidity and moderate temps so we do not have to run the heat or a/c (because both lower the humidity). In the winter we found the Gulf Coast of Texas is great for his eyes. Any suggestions for the summer months.

San Diego would be my best guess.
