Jess,
Your attitude is justified and certainly to be expected. I hate to say it, but I noticed some of the very problems you are experiencing when touring a few Big Sky's on dealer lots earlier this year. That is the reason I changed my mind on ordering a Big Sky. If things change, maybe I would reconsider, but right now I would probably look at others...

It is my true hope that your coach will be fixed soon...The right way!

Hello everyone,
Our list just keeps getting longer. Today we noticed in our closet that there was a big split in the wood panel (underneath the generator start button) from the shoe shelf out towards the front of the tv drawer bank. The split must have happened during our trip out here. Is this a common thing to happen in the first 3,000 miles of travel?? The split has seperated the panel from the shoe shelf and is over a foot long with staples sticking out from it. Has anyone had this happen to them?? Thanks for the info.

I am still in such disbelief at all the problems you are experiencing. Sounds to me that it is time for Keystone to replace your entire coach. You have 3,000 miles on it and the thing is less than 2 months old...I wonder what the next 2 months are going to bring???

Montana Sky,
We also wonder what the next two months will be bring. If Keystone would replace it, then we would drive all the way to Indiana to pick it up. I have e-mail Mike Spencer again about it and I probably won't hear back until Mon. morning. I'll let you know what he has to say about it. I did let him know about the new split in the wood in the closet. I did ask him if he could send another new w/d door and the missing fireplace dowels for the face. The rest like the countertops and the new split in the closet; I told him I just didn't trust any dealer to do that kind of work. Hopefully in April 08 we can take it up there to have them fix the rest, that is if they won't replace the unit.
