Broke back window today
Backing in my 2014 38'Mountaineer today I clipped a branch and shattered the top half of my (guessing) 18"x3' port side window. My question is do I have to replace the entire window frame and open unit or can I just replace the top half glass I broke.

Our's was broken in storage. We called our local glass shop and he replaced the glass. It took a day to get the right color of glass. It was less than $100 for them to replace and do the labor.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune but as others have said it should be easy enough to fix by a local glass shop.

Not necessarily. We found local glass repair outfits not interested. Dealer wanted to replace entire frame. Finally found a hungry mom and pop glass company who took care of us.

What correspondence I've had with Tacoma RV they seemed like a good store? I have NO idea personally. but when we were looking the owner herself talked with me at length over the phone.

I had frameflex near there and call the Tacoma RV dealer (I am 90% sure). I talked to service advisor about the the frameflex. He said if I brought it in in 2 days, it could sit for 2 more before they looked at it. Then it could take 7-10 days before they could work on it. AND he had never heard of frameflex. That was all it took for me to just limp home. So I am not too sure they have good service.
