John, Cathy and The Drunk...

After a long day on the road John and his wife Cathy finally get to their destination campground. They are really beat and so after getting their new 3400RL partially set up they decide to get a good nights sleep and finish in the morning.

About 3AM, John and Cathy are awakened from a sound sleep by a loud pounding on the door. John gets up and goes to the door where a drunken stranger, standing in the pouring rain, is asking for a push.

"Not a chance," says John, "it is 3 o'clock in the morning!" He slams the door and returns to bed.

"Who was that?" asked Cathy.

"Just some drunk guy asking for a push," he answers.

"Did you help him?" Cathy asks.

"Are you kidding? No, I did not, it is 3 o'clock in the morning and it is pouring out there!"

"Well, you have a short memory," says Cathy. "Can't you remember, about three weeks ago when we were stuck in the driveway, and those two guys pulled us out? I think you should help him, and you should be ashamed of yourself!"

John had to agree. So he gets out of bed, gets dressed, and goes out into the pounding rain.

He calls out into the dark, "Hello, are you still there?"

"Yes" comes back the answer.

"Do you still need a push?", calls out John.

"Yes, please!" comes the reply from the dark.

"Where are you?" John asks.

"Over here on the swing!", replies the drunk.

Good one Glenn, unfortunately now I know that my mind has been permanently warped by this forum. Visions of a Ford pushing a GMC pushing a Dodge pushing a drunk on a swing?????????
