West End RV Park, Weatherford, TX

Anybody ever stay there? The address is Weatherford, but it is closer to Mineral Wells, TX - it is in the Passport America book so should be ok, but just interested in first hand experience - thanks!

I live south of Weatherford, and have seen the little blue camping sign pointing in that direction (on our way to Lake Mineral wells State Park). I suppose you found this link. If you go, be sure to eat at Garner Steakhouse.

Thanks, VanMan - of course, I had to go and look at Mineral wells
State Park - that looks like a neat place, but since this is just an overnight on our way to St. Louis, I guess we'll stick with the original plan - brought it up on Mapquest - aerial view - and I'll be darned if I can see anything that looks like a 100 space RV park - oh, well, we'll see when we get there!
