Rvlock v4 prevents my handrail from closing

Just a warning, I installed the rvlock v4 keyless lock on our 2019 MHC 372rd and found the handrail will not click into the indent to close properly to the right. I think most of us close the handrail to cover the door during transport. The lock sticks out a bit more than the original lock, which prevents the handrail from closing all the way. We have to fold it to the left now. I know all models are not impacted but heads up.

I took my handle off and made a spacer from aluminum. I suppose one could use plastic.
Some longer screws and it works great!

I always folded my handrail to the rear. As an aviator I look at "direction of flight" so it just seems natural to fold it to the rear.
