Water Pump Cycling

While using my onboard fresh water tank on my 2017 Montana 3661RL, every 20-30 seconds the water pump will cut on for about 4 seconds then cut off. This happens even when there's no water being drawn. There are no leaks anywhere. Is there an adjustment on the pump to maybe cut back on the amount of pressure the water pump is attempting to obtain?

I had the same issue. I had left the Tank Fill Lever in the Fill Position. Air was being sucked through the check valve at the hose connection. Moved the selector back to Normal Flow and solved the problem. I was looking for a slight water leak at first.

Thanks Bum, I have some unique plumbing on my water connection panel. While filling the fresh water tank I did not move the lever from Fill position to Normal Flow position. After putting the lever into the Normal Flow position the cycling has stopped. Thanks for giving me your idea because it made me look at the positions of the levers, which I thought I had in the proper position. Safe Travels!
