Swivel table and freezer

Our original table was replaced, and the replacement has different mechanisms to swivel and move back and forth. They are just round metal tubes you either push up or sideways, not as good as original table and when back and forth adjustment in on side of window, pretty hard to get to.. Also Norcold freezer door wasn't sealing properly and had a continuous triangle shape frost on inside upper front compartment, Norcold suggested a shim and now there is no vacuum seal upon shutting. Should the door have that vacuum seal when it first closes? I can put dollar bill around shut door and has very little drag if any as I remove it. Suggestions? Thanks

Freezer wise contact Norcold again and tell them it is not sealing at all now after their suggestion and tell them you want a new seal or have it replaced by a dealer or RV Tech!
What was wrong with your original table and who replaced it and why didn't they put the same type table back in! These are the questions I'd have for them!
Since you have a new 2012 unit and it is still under warranty, I'd be contacting Keystone and taking it back to the dealer for any and all repairs!

X2. Make them fix it under warranty.

Original table had a big flaw on the extension, we just wanted a new extension but they sent a new table. Will contact Norcold, thanks for the replies.
